Stride sells Property in Napier 07/12/2015
Stride Property Limited (Stride) has entered into an unconditional agreement to sell the property at 170-180 Taradale Road, Napier, for $4.3m. The property was valued at $4.25m as at 31 March 2015.
Stride’s Chief Executive, Peter Alexander, commented that “this sale is part of Stride’s ongoing strategy to divest non-core assets to fund new development and acquisition”.
Settlement is scheduled for 29 January 2016.
