FY16 Third Quarter Dividend

NZX Announcement Immediate — 03/03/2016

Stride Property Limited (Stride) has today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter (1 October 2015 to 31 December 2015) of the financial year ending 31 March 2016 (FY16) of 2.75 cents per share. This quarterly dividend is in line with guidance for an annual cash dividend of 10.75 cents per share for FY16.

 
This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.4711 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.2137 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.

The record date for this dividend is 18 March 2016, with payment to shareholders to be made on 29 March 2016.

The Dividend Reinvestment Plan remains suspended for the FY16 third quarter dividend.
