Annual Meeting and Director Nomination Closing Date.
For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.5, Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) advises that in respect of the Annual Meeting to be held on Monday, 29 August 2016, the closing date for director nominations is Monday, 8 August 2016. All nominations must be received in writing by 5:00pm on the closing date and be made by a shareholder.
Under the terms of their respective constitutions, each of SIML and Stride Property Limited (Stride) have Boards of Directors comprising the same directors. Accordingly, any person appointed as a director of SIML will also be appointed as a director of Stride.
