Notice of Annual Meetings and Proxy Form

Further to Stride Investment Management Limited’s (SIML) announcement of 22 July 2016, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of both Stride Property Limited (Stride) and SIML, will be held on Monday, 29 August 2016, commencing at 11.00am. Attached are copies of the Notice of Annual Meetings and Proxy Form.

Shareholders can vote either online, in person at the meeting on Monday, 29 August 2016 or by appointing a proxy to vote and returning the Proxy Form no later than 11.00am (New Zealand time) on Saturday, 27 August 2016.

Stride’s Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2016 has been mailed to those Shareholders not registered to receive communications electronically. The Annual Report is also available on Stride’s website at www.strideproperty.co.nz.
