Chief Executive Officer
Philip joined Stride in 2014 and has over 16 years experience in property investment management in New Zealand and overseas. Highlights of his work history include six years with Morgan Stanley’s real estate merchant banking division in the UK, and partnership in a large private-equity real estate firm. Prior to this, Philip held the position of Investment Manager at AMP Capital Investors. Philip holds a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Auckland and a Master of Business Administration from Imperial College London.
Commercial and Industrial
Andrew joined Stride in 2004 and has more than 17 years’ property industry experience. Prior to joining Stride, he was based in Dublin, where he managed a property portfolio for Ireland’s leading betting agency. Andrew is responsible for the asset management of the Stride portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and a Masters of Business Administration from Victoria University. Andrew is a former Wellington Branch President of the Property Council.

& Company Secretary
Louise joined Stride in November 2017, and has more than 20 years’ legal experience. Louise’s previous roles included Head of Legal (NZ) for Fletcher Building and senior associate in the corporate/commercial team at Bell Gully. Louise is responsible for a range of corporate functions within Stride, including legal, governance, compliance, health and safety and risk.
General Manager Investment
Steve joined Stride in 2019 and has more than 15 years’ experience in investment and asset management in New Zealand and Australia across the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors. Steve has extensive experience in corporate treasury and financial markets, as well as investment strategy, investor communication and relationship management and monitoring. He holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Steve is responsible for strategy development, property transactions, and execution of all debt and equity transactions, including assessment and execution of new funds for Stride.
Chief Financial Officer
Before joining Stride in 2002, Jennifer was Chief Accountant for Fletcher Property. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry and is responsible for Stride’s overall financial plans and policies, ensuring the compliance of its accounting practices. Jennifer is also responsible for the HR function within Stride. She holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
General Manager Retail
Roy is responsible for Stride’s retail portfolio. His role includes specialty store leasing and retail planning. A qualified accountant with 20+ years’ experience in the retail shopping centre industry, Roy is a recognised authority on property accountancy, centre management and retail leasing. Prior to joining Stride, he was employed by Challenge Properties, St Lukes Group and Kiwi Income Property Trust, where he headed the successful leasing team at Sylvia Park.
General Manager Development
Mark is responsible for Stride’s development activities. He has over 25 plus years of experience in the property development and investment industry, acquired through complex large-scale retail and commercial development projects, both within New Zealand and Australia. Mark joined Stride from Kiwi Property Group Limited (formerly Kiwi Income Property Trust), where he has held the roles of General Manager Development and Project Director, Sylvia Park.
Mark is a graduate of Auckland University where he majored in valuation and property. He is a senior member of the Property Institute of NZ and a registered property consultant.
Investore Fund Manager
Fabio joined Stride in 2018 and brings over 15 years’ international experience in retail management. This includes at Coles Group in Australia, where he led property teams across the country. He holds a Master of Business Administration. His broad experience has given him expertise across all aspects of leasehold and freehold portfolios. Recently, he held senior roles in the New Zealand government across property and infrastructure areas. Fabio is responsible for providing executive oversight and focus on Investore’s business and operations.
