Stride owns a diversified investment property portfolio with $902.2 million (as at 31 March 2018) of commercial office, retail and industrial properties. As at 31 March 2018, Stride owned 26 properties with 379 tenants, a weighted average lease term (WALT) of 5.1 years and an occupancy rate of 96.7% over a net lettable area of 251,953m².
