Stride's strategy is to grow its investment management business through creating and developing entities in specific commercial property sectors (which we call Stride Products)

SIML will manage each of the Products and SPL will continue to own an interest in each of the Products. Stride has seen considerable growth in its assets under management since 2016, demonstrating the benefit of having distinct, diverse pools of capital for each Stride Product focussed on a defined commercial property class.

Investore Property Limited White

Investore is an NZX listed company created by Stride in 2016. Investore’s strategy is to invest in quality large format retail properties throughout New Zealand, and actively manage shareholders’ capital, to maximise distributions and total returns over the medium to long term. Industre

Industre is the most recent Product developed by Stride, commencing in July 2020. Industre is a joint venture between SPL and a group of international institutional investors through a special purpose vehicle and advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management (together JPMAM). Industre invests in industrial property, primarily in the Auckland region.

Diversified

Diversified was Stride’s first Product and is a unit trust owned by SPL and two Australian superannuation funds. Diversified owns two shopping centres in New Zealand, and also has a 50% interest in the Johnsonville Shopping Centre, with SPL owning the remaining 50%.
